What to Expect During Your Appointment

The first step in working with Sentry Security is scheduling an introductory appointment. Whether you need to meet at night, on your lunch hour, or in the morning, our sales consultants will work with you to make your first appointment convenient for you.

Most initial appointments last 30 to 45 minutes. Your consultant will start by sitting down with you to learn about your family’s lifestyle and your expectations for your security system. We will then walk through your home with you, discussing the security needs of each room. After our walk-through, we will show you the types of equipment that can be installed in your home and explain how each item works. We will also answer any questions you have about the equipment or our services.

After our meeting, we will take the information we discussed and develop a proposed custom solution for your home. We will send this information to you, give you time to think about our proposed security solution, and then follow up with you to answer questions or learn of any changes that need to be made to our proposal. If needed, we will revise our proposal. No installation occurs until you are completely satisfied with your security solution.
